Based in the Northern Rivers Region of New South Wales, Destination Research has been providing research services in regional NSW to local governments, tourism and event operators, destination managers and cultural tourism organisations.
We specialise in research and evaluation for regional events, galleries and sports venues with a proven record in securing funding and sponsorship. We have proudly served over 80 regional events in NSW and QLD with research services in social, economic and tourism analysis.
This year we celebrate 15 years of specialist research in cultural tourism. We are looking back at our projects for regional art galleries, festival and events that have provided new insights into the needs and travel behaviours of visitors, as well as measuring the economic impact to the local community.
